Chairman and CEO: Lee H. Berendt
Lee brings more than 30 years of senior management experience. He was President and Executive Vice-Chaiman of Commodity Exchange, Inc. (Comex). He was President and CEO of the MidAmerica Commodity Exchange in Chicago, which he successfully merged into the Chicago Board of Trade and for ten years was a special consultant to the chairmen of the Chicago Board Option Exchange (CBOE). He currently is the CEO and President of Language Technologies based in Tucson, AZ.

Vice President and CTO: Christopher D. Nicholas, PhD
Chris is the Director of Development at Language Technologies, Inc. where he creates new technologies to improve the legibility and readability of text. Chris has a doctorate in neuroscience and is an expert on the role of the brain in letter and word perception. He teaches a course on the psycholinguistics of writing systems at the University of Arizona. He is co-inventor of several pending patents on ReadSmart technology.

Vice President of Sales: Robert Rudderow
Bob serves as both general sales and acts as ReadSmart’s main government liaison. Bob was former Senior VP with Vertis Corporation and is an engineer by training. He brings a highly valuable perspective into the company because he is well versed in government printing and the non-profit segments of direct mail. In 34 years in the industry has sold over $700mm of government and commercial work.
